TENDERS for the supply of the following
Articles for the Auckland Armed Police,
will be received at this Office, until twelve
o'clock of Tuesday, the 4th of May—

Forty-eight Soldiers' Grey Coats.

Parties desirous of supplying the above,
are requested to send in with their Tender a
sample of the Article, and to state the price
and the earliest time when it can be supplied.

The Tender to be sealed and endorsed—
"Tenders for Soldiers' Grey Coats for Auck-
land Armed Police."

Auckland, 13th April, 1847.

NOTICE is hereby given to the Holders
of New Zealand Government Deben-
tures, issued at Auckland, under the Regula-
tions of the 18th June, and 24th November,
1845, that the Interest thereon will be paya-
ble at the Colonial Treasury, on or after Tues-
day, the 20th inst.

It is requested that application may be made
by persons entitled to receive the same, before
the close of the present month.

NOTICE.
Custom House,
Auckland, 6th April, 1847.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Brick
Warehouse situated in Shortland
Street, the property of T. Weston and Co.,
has been appointed and approved under the
34th Section of the "Customs' Ordinance," 4
Vict., No. 3, 1844, for the reception of Goods
under Bond at this Port.

Land Commissioner's Office,
Auckland, 22nd April, 1847.

I, HENRY MATSON, a Commissioner
appointed for examining and reporting
on all Claims to Land under the Proclamation
of the 26th March, 1844, do hereby give
notice, that I will investigate the under-
mentioned Claims, in the Council Chamber, on
Thursday, the 6th day of May, 1847, at ten
o'clock in the forenoon.

The Cases will be heard in the order in
which they stand in the following List, and all
parties interested are hereby summoned to be
in attendance, with their documents and wit-
nesses.
