—ROBERT FORBES, of Onehunga, publican.
8¼ acres, Eight and a half acres, situated at
Onehunga; bounded on the north by land be-
longing to Mr. Hart; on the east by land
belonging to Mr. Magee; on the south by
Manakau harbor; and on the west by land
belonging to Mr. Ormsby.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Te Moana, Te Keene, and
Te Hira.
Consideration—£1 per acre.

Case No. 8. Pre-emption Certificate No. 201.
—JAMES MAGEE, of Onehunga, carter.
34a. 3r. 20p., Thirty-four acres, three roods,
and twenty perches; bounded on the north
by land belonging to Mr. Hart; on the east
by Mr. Jackson; on the south by the Ma-
nukau water, or Onehunga river; and on the
west by a former purchase of James Magee.
Alleged to have been purchased from Te-
mania and William Hobson.
Consideration—£10 and one blue cap.

Case No. 9. Pre-emption Certificate No. 72.
—JOSEPH ROBINSON, of Epsom, settler.
60a. 1r. 20p., Sixty acres, one rood, and
twenty perches, situated on the south side of
the Tamaki road, to the eastward of, and ad-
joining, a former purchase by the said Joseph
Robinson.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Kawau, Rewete, and Tinana.
Consideration—£38 18s. 6d.

Case No. 10. Pre-emption Certificate No. 79.
—JOSEPH ROBINSON, of Epsom, settler.:
35 acres, Thirty-five acres, situated on the
south side of the Tamaki road, and southward
of the piece of ground of which the Crown's
right of Pre-emption has been waived in his
favor; also southward of the piece of ground
over which he has recently requested the
Crown's right of Pre-emption to be waived in
his favor, and northward of the ground of Mr.
Cretnay.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Kawau, Tinana, and Reweti.
Consideration—same as under Case No. 9.

Case No. 11. Pre-emption Certificate No. 112.
—THOMAS HENRY, of Epsom, settler.
300 acres, Three hundred acres, called
Waikaraka, situated on the south side of
One Tree Hill; bounded on the north by
Thomas Henry's land; on the east by native
land; on the south by the same and Mr.
Lorrigan's land; and on the west by the
Manukau road.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Kawau, Te Keene, and
other chiefs.
Consideration—£120.

THE LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR has been
pleased to give directions for the re-
publication, from the Fort St. George Gazette,
of the following Notice, having reference to
the light of the Bombay Lighthouse.

By His Excellency's command;

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

Superintendent's Office, Bombay,
26th August, 1846.

THE present fixed light of the Bombay Light-
house is to be converted into a Revolving
Light, and will be exhibited as such on the
1st February, 1847. No alteration will be
made in the present Floating Lights.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Part-
nership hitherto existing between the
Undersigned, is this day dissolved by mutual
consent.

All debts due to the firm of Langford and
Gardiner, are to be paid to Mr. J. A. Lang-
ford, who is duly authorized to receive the
same; and all parties to whom the above firm
may be indebted, are requested to send in
their accounts to him forthwith.
