THE Deputy-Superintendent directs it to be notified that, under the provisions of "The Public Cemeteries Act, 1859," he has appointed the under-mentioned gentlemen to be Trustees for the management of the Waimea South Public Cemeteries, viz:—

THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant a Special Claim for Gold-mining purposes of the Crown Land, within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz:—
BULLER DISTRICT.
- A block of land containing seventeen acres two roods thirty-nine perches, more or less, situate north of Dirty Mary's Creek, Waite's Pakihis. Applied for by John Milligan, Alex. Berne, and others, No. 808.

THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has cancelled the Agricultural Lease hereinafter described, viz:—
COBDEN DISTRICT.
Lease No. 127, dated 1st July, 1874, comprising one hundred and seventy-seven acres two roods and five perches, more or less, situated at Bullock Creek, and granted to Robert M'Ilroy, of Nine-Mile Beach, near Cobden.
