1. RIWAKA.

Commencing at a point on the dividing range
between the east and west coasts due west
of Torrent Basin; thence due east to
Torrent Basin; thence south by the coast
line to the mouth of the Motueka River;
thence by the Motueka River to the east
corner of section 4 of 62, square 9; thence
along the north-east boundaries of 4 of 62,
22, 57, 56, and 62, square 9; thence due
west to the dividing range between the east
and west coasts; thence following the
dividing range to the point of starting due
west of Torrent Basin.

2. MOTUEKA.

Commencing at the western corner of section
215, square 9; thence north-easterly fol-
lowing the south bank of the River Motueka
to the coast; thence south following the
coast line to the mouth of the River
Moutere; thence by the River Moutere to
the south-east corner of section 200, square
8; thence to the south-west corner of said
section; thence by the western boundaries
of sections 5, 9, 11, 28, and 6, square 3;
thence in a straight line to the north
corner of section 4, square 3; thence along
the north-west boundaries of sections 4, 2,
3, 57, and 56, square 3; thence by the
south-west boundary of section 56, and the
eastern boundaries of sections 48, 49, and
50; thence in a straight line to western
angle of section 82; thence in a straight

the north side of the public road to the

the northern boundary of sections 94, 92,
and 90; thence in a straight line across
section 82 and along the northern boundary

thence in a straight line to the south east

Commencing at the mudflat of the Waimea
entrance at the eastern angle of section 45,

to its junction with the road on the eastern
boundary of section 27; thence in a straight
line to the eastern angle of section 159;
thence along the north side of the public
road to the southern angle of section 158;
thence in a straight line through section 35

side of said road to Motueka River; thence
across the said River, continuing along the
western bank to its junction with the
Pokororo River; thence up the Pokororo to
the western boundary of section 55; thence
to the southern corner of section 90; thence
to the western corner of section 95; thence
to the northern corner of the said section;
thence by a line due west to the dividing
range between the East and West Coasts;
thence following the said range north-
easterly for five miles; thence in a straight
line to northern angle of section 62, square
9; thence by north-eastern boundaries of
sections 62, 56, 57, 22, and 4 of 62, square
9; thence crossing the River Motueka to its
eastern bank; thence to north-western
angle of section 245, square 9; thence by
