- NGATIMOTI.
Bounded on the northward by the Tataka District from Mount Snowdon, running in an easterly direction to the dividing range between the East and West Coasts; thence along the range northerly to a point due west of the north-eastern angle of section 95, square 7; thence along the said line to said angle; thence by the northern boundary of said section to its north-western corner; thence by the western boundaries of sections 95, 90, and 55 to the River Pokororo; thence by the River Pokororo to the River Motueka; thence by the River Motueka to the eastern angle of section 10, square 7; thence crossing the River Motueka to the Ngatimoti Road; thence following the south and eastern sides of said road to a point west from south corner of section 43, square 3; thence to the said corner; thence by western boundaries of sections 44, 45, and 47; thence in a straight line to north-western corner of section 82; thence in a straight line to northern corner of section 114, square 2; thence by south-eastern boundaries of sections 114, 113, 112 and 111; thence in a straight line to north-eastern corner of section 139, square 2; thence in a straight line to south-eastern angle of section 10, Thorpe Suburban; thence to northern angle of said section 10; thence by north-western boundaries of sections 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Thorpe Suburban; thence to the River Dove by western boundary of section 1, Thorpe Suburban; thence by the River Dove to boundary line between sections 88 and 89, square 6; thence by said boundary to south-eastern angle of section 89; thence in a straight line to south-eastern angle of section 103, square 6; thence by the boundary of said section to the River Motueka; thence along and crossing the said river to the River Baton; thence in a line due west to the dividing range between the East and West Coasts; thence in a straight line to the junction of the Leslie and Karamea; thence in a straight line to Mount Snowdon, the point of starting.
And I do hereby apportion the number of members for the whole of the Motueka District between such sub-Districts as follows:—
The Sub-Districts of Riwaka and Motueka shall each elect two members of the Board for the District.
The Sub-Districts of Lower Moutere, Upper Moutere, Pangatotara, and Ngatimoti, shall each elect One member of the Board for the District.
And I do hereby revoke all former Proclamations issued under my hand as such Superintendent, creating Sub-Districts under the said Act within the limits of \"The Motueka District,\" constituted and defined in the Government Gazette, No. 17, of the 29th day of June, 1875.

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that, in accordance with the provisions of section 15 of the \"Nelson Highways Act, 1872,\" he has appointed Monday, the fifth day of July next, at Twelve o\'clock noon, for the ELECTION of MEMBERS of the Board of \"Motueka District,\" as constituted under the said Act, and that the ELECTIONS for the several sub-Districts will be held at the following places, viz.:—
For the Sub-District of Riwaka at the School-house, Riwaka.
For the Sub-District of Motueka at the Motueka Institute.
For the Sub-District of Lower Moutere at the School-house, Lower Moutere.
For the Sub-District of Upper Moutere at the School-house, Upper Moutere.
For the Sub-District of Pangatotara at the School-house, Pangatotara.
For the Sub-District of Ngatimoti at the School-house, Ngatimoti.
