October 6, 1874.

THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that
it is intended, after the expiration of two months
from the date hereof, to Grant a Lease for Gold-
mining purposes of the Crown Land within the
District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, herein-
after described, viz.:—

BULLER DISTRICT.

A block of land, containing Three roods, more or
less, situated at German Terrace. Applied
for by James Teasdale.

THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that
it is intended, after the expiration of two
months from the date hereof, to Grant Leases for
Goldmining purposes of the Crown Land within the
district of the Nelson South-west Goldfields,
hereinafter described, viz.:—

CHARLESTON DISTRICT.

  1. A block of land containing nine acres two
    roods and four perches, more or less, situated
    at Woodpecker Terrace, near Brighton.
    Applied for by Dougald Matheson and
    others. (No. 151c.)
  2. A block of land containing eight acres one
    rood and twenty-eight perches, more or less,
    situated at Woodpecker Terrace, Brighton.
    Applied for by D. M'Cormick and others.
    (No. 152c.)
  3. A block of land containing six acres one
    rood and twenty-one perches, more or less,
    situated about two miles south of Brighton.
    Applied for by Dougald Matheson and others.
    (No. 155c.)
  4. A block of land containing six acres two
    rood and thirty-two perches, more or less,
    situated at Back Lead, Charleston. Applied
    for by William Norris and others. (No.
    157c.)
  5. A block of land containing six acres and
    thirty perches, more or less, situated at
    Welshman's Terrace, Brighton. Applied
    for by M. O'Brien and T. O'Brien. (No.
    158c.)
  6. A block of land containing two acres two
    roods and twenty-one perches, more or less,
    situated at Deadman's Terrace. Applied
    for by John Fox. (No. 159c.)
  7. A block of land containing five acres, more or
    less, situated at Yorkie's Terrace, south of
    Brighton. Applied for by John Wash.

he has Refused to Grant a Goldmining Lease,
applied for by Munchin Keenan and others, for a
block of land containing Five acres one rood and seven
perches, more or less, situated at the back of Brown's
Terrace, near Charleston.

he has Refused to Grant an Agricultural Lease
applied for by John Lally, for a block of land contain-
ing Twenty-six acres one rood and sixteen perches,
situated on the northern bank of No-Town Creek,
about two miles from the main road, Grey District.

three roods and eight perches, Giles' Terrace.
No. 69B., Robert Tennant, Six acres, Giles'
Terrace.
