If any vessel lying alongside the wharf shall receive or discharge goods or stock otherwise than from or upon the wharf, half wharfage may be charged on all such goods or stock so received or discharged.

No wharfage shall be charged on goods belonging to the Provincial Government.

No wharfage shall be charged on the baggage of Government immigrants.

The wharf or authority to charge tolls shall not be transferred without the sanction of the Superintendent.

To the owners, or reputed owners, lessees, or reputed lessees, and occupiers of Sections Nos. 168, 169, 170, 171, and 172, Square No. 2, Sarau, Upper Moutere.

TAKE NOTICE that the map, specifications, and other papers relating to a road which the Moutere District Highway Board propose to take over the above-mentioned sections, are deposited for inspection at the store of Mr. John Bensemann, Sarau, Upper Moutere; that the purpose of the said map, specifications, and other papers, is to define the site, admeasurements, and mode of forming the said road, and also the stopping up of certain other roads; and that all persons affected by the proposed road, or the stopping up of certain other roads, are hereby called on to set forth in writing, addressed to the Secretary of the Moutere Highway Board, within forty days from the publication hereof in the Gazette, all objections which they may have to the making or stopping up of the said roads.
