NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
No. 2.—To stop up a road in Upper Moutere,
colored brown on the plan attached to this notifi-
cation, and described as follows, viz.—
That portion of a road commencing at a point
about 2 chains from the south-west corner of
section 180, proceeding thence in a north-
easterly direction for about 5 chains, thence
in a north-westerly direction for about 7
chains, and there joining a public road
colored yellow, running through said
section.
And to substitute in place thereof a certain other
road, 40 feet in width, colored red on the plan
attached to this notification, and described as
follows, viz.—
That portion of a road commencing at a point
about 2 chains from the south-west corner
of section No. 180, proceeding thence in a
north-westerly direction for about 6 chains,
thence in a northerly direction for about 5
chains, and joining a public road colored
yellow on plan.

direction for about 26 chains, thence in an
easterly direction for about 13 chains and
then joining a public road, colored yellow.

the main-road between Neudorf and Dove-
dale.
And to substitute in place thereof a certain other
road, 40 feet in width, colored red on the plan
attached to this notification, and described as
follows, viz.—
That portion of a road commencing at the
south-east corner of section 126, proceeding thence in
a northerly direction for about 10 chains, thence in a
north-westerly direction for about 2 chains, and then
joining a public road, colored yellow.

chains, and terminating at the boundary
line between sections Nos. 119 and 120.
And to substitute in place thereof a certain other
road, 50 feet in width, colored red on the plan
attached to this notification and described as
follows, viz.—
That portion of a road commencing at a point
about 11 chains from the boundary line
between sections Nos. 118 and 119, and
proceeding thence in a south-easterly
direction through sections 118 and 119 for
about 22 chains; also to continue the road
in a southerly direction for about 68 chains
through sections Nos. 120, 160, 155, and
158.
