IT is hereby notified that the Superintendent has
REFUSED to grant the goldmining Leases applied
for at the Inangahua District, hereinafter referred
to, viz.—

1. A block of land containing sixteen acres two
   roods and thirty-four perches, more or less,
   situated south of Hunter's claim, Anderson's,
   applied for by Joseph Cole and others,
   Rattler Company.

2. A block of land containing sixteen acres and
   two roods, more or less, situated at Boat-
   man's Creek, No. 6 South, Thompson's line,
   applied for by George Gaisler and others,
   Rose of New Zealand Company.

3. A block of land containing twelve acres and
   two roods, more or less, situated at Boat-
   man's Creek, No. 4 South, Thompson's line,
   applied for by Nicholas Heeney and others,
   Southern Cross Company.

4. A block of land containing sixteen acres and
   two roods, more or less, situated at Murray
   Creek, No. 3 North, Anderson's line, applied
   for by J. B. Fisher and others, United
   Company.

5. A block of land containing fifteen acres and
   three roods, more or less, situated at Murray
   Creek, No. 4 North, Anderson's line, applied

   Gully, No. 1 South of Prospector's Claim,
   applied for by John M'Quillan and others,

IT is hereby notified that it is intended after the
expiration of two months from the date hereof,
to Grant Leases for goldmining purposes, of the Crown
Land within the District of the Nelson South-west
Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.—

1. A block of land containing sixteen acres two
   roods and four perches, more or less, situated
   at Big River, Grey District, applied for by
   James Anderson and others.

2. A block of land containing six acres two
   roods and four perches, more or less, situated
   on the North Beach, Grey District, applied
   for by Gerald Perotti and others.

3. A block of land containing nine acres three
   roods and thirty-six perches, more or less,
   situated at Granville, (half-ounce) Grey
   District, applied for by James Graham and
   others.

4. A block of land containing nine acres three
   roods and twenty-four perches, more or less,
   situated at Half-ounce, Grey District, ap-
   plied for by Charles O'Hara and others.
