IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to Grant Leases, for goldmining purposes, of the Crown Land within the district of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.β€”

INANGAHUA DISTRICT.

  1. A block of land containing six acres, more or less, situated at Boatman's Creek, being Nos. 5 and 6 North, Thompson's line of reef, applied for by James Drow and others, Homeward Bound Company. Area applied for, twelve acres.

  2. A block of land containing sixteen acres and two roods, more or less, situated at Boatman's Creek, being Nos. 3 and 4 North, Thompson's line of reef, applied for by William Logan and others, Albion Company.

  3. A block of land containing seven acres one rood and ten perches, more or less, situated at Boatman's Creek, being Nos. 3 and 4 North, Thompson's line of reef, applied for by Denis Noonan and others, Lucknow Company.

  4. A block of land containing sixteen acres and two roods, more or less, situated at Larry's Creek, being No. 6 North of Potter's line of reef, applied for by Matthew Kirwon and others, Nil Desperandum Company.

  5. A block of land containing twelve acres one rood and twenty perches, more or less, situated at Larry's Creek, being No. 7 South of Potter's, applied for by Henry Ellis and others, Black Ball Company.

  6. A block of land containing sixteen acres and two roods, more or less, situated at Murray Creek, being No. 2 North, Anderson's line, applied for by John Byrne and others, Try Again Company.
