IT is hereby notified, that it is intended, after the expiration of Two Months from the date hereof, to Grant a Lease for Gold-Mining Purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.:—
A Block of Land, containing Three Acres, more or less, situated at the North Beach, Grey District. Applied for by EDWARD JORGERSON.

IT is hereby notified, that it is intended, after the expiration of Two Months from the date hand to grant Leases for Gold-Mining Purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.:—
- A Block of Land, containing Nine Acres Three Roods and Thirty-five Perches, more or less, situated at Wangapeka. Applied for by RODERICK MORRISON and others.
- A Block of Land, containing Thirteen Acres Two Roods and Seventeen Perches, more or less, situated at Wangapeka. Applied for by ALEXANDER THOMPSON and others.
- A Block of Land, containing One Rood and Thirty-five Perches, more or less, situated at Wangapeka. Applied for by JOHN BAILLIE and others.
- A Block of Land, containing Fourteen Acres One Rood and Thirty-five Perches, more or less, situated at Wangapeka. Applied for by PAUL DORAN and others.

THE undersigned, ROBERT TAPLEY, hereby make application to Register "The Anderson's Creek Quartz-Mining Company (Registered)," under the Provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is "The Anderson's Creek Quartz-Mining Company (Registered)."
- The place of operations is at Anderson's Creek, Inangahua, Province of Nelson.
- The nominal capital of the Company is Nine thousand five hundred pounds, in Nine-teen hundred shares of five pounds each.
- The amount already paid-up is Two thousand five hundred pounds.
- The name of the Manager is ROBERT TAPLEY.
- The office of the Company is at Inangahua, Province of Nelson.
