NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE. 45

I, ANTONIO ZALA, of the Lyell, in the Buller District, of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, in the Colony of New Zealand, hereby make application to Register "The Alpine Quartz-Mining Company (Registered)," under the Provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Alpine Quartz-Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the Lyell, aforesaid.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand pounds (£10,000), in One hundred and sixty paid-up shares of fifty pounds each, and forty shares of fifty pounds each, not paid-up.

  4. The amount already paid-up is Eight thousand pounds.

  5. The name, in full, of the Manager is ANTONIO ZALA.

  6. The office of the Company is at the Store of John Corr, in Westport.

  7. The names, in full, and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—
