Success of Vaccination to be ascertained.

IV.—Upon the 8th day following the day on which any child has been vaccinated as aforesaid, the parent of the said child shall again take, or cause to be taken the said child to the Medical Practitioner or Medical Officer by whom the operation was performed, in order that such Medical Practitioner or Medical Officer may ascertain by inspection the result of such operation.

Notice of Vaccination to be given on Registration of Birth.

IX.—The Registrar of Births in every district shall at the time of registration of the birth of any child cause a notice, in the form of Schedule D herounto annexed, to be handed to the person registering the birth of such child for the parent of such child.

To the father, mother, or other person having the care, nurture, or custody of

I hereby give you notice, and require you to have the said child vaccinated forthwith, and if you neglect for six months from the birth of such child so to do, you are liable to a penalty of 40s.

X.—If after such notice the parent of any child shall not, within six months after the birth of such child, cause such child to be vaccinated, or shall not on the eighth day after the vaccination has been performed, take, or cause to be taken, such child for inspection, according to the provisions in this act respectively contained, then such parent so offending shall forfeit a sum not exceeding forty shillings.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Tuesday, the ninth day of February, 1869, at the hour of Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Council Chambers, in Blenheim, aforesaid, has been appointed as the time and place for a sitting of the Court, for the Bankrupt to pass his last examination, when He will make application for his discharge.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a Meeting of Creditors of the said Bankrupt, holden at the Council Chambers, Blenheim, aforesaid, on the 8th day of December, 1868, WILLIAM COLLIE, of Blenheim, aforesaid, Stationer, was chosen by the said creditors to be TRUSTEE of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; and by an order of the said Court, bearing date the said 8th day of December, the choice of said Trustee by the said Creditors was confirmed.

WHEREAS, by an Order bearing date the 9th day of January, 1869, under the hand of Stephen Lunn Muller, Esq., Deputy Registrar of the said Court, for the said Province of Marlborough, and under the seal of the said Supreme Court, the 19th day of January instant, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at which Sitting, the Bankrupt was required to surrender and conform, and which Sitting was, by the said Order, appointed to be a Public Meeting of Creditors of the Bankrupt for such proceedings as might be taken under the "Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and the "Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," or either of the said acts:

NOTICE is hereby given, that by an Order of the said Court, bearing date the said 19th day of January instant, the said meeting stands adjourned to Tuesday, the 2nd day of February next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Council Chambers, in Blenheim, aforesaid.

Creditors must prove their debts at or before the said meeting, to enable them to vote thereat.

Dated at Blenheim, this 19th day of January, 1869.
