NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT, PROVINCE OF MARLBOROUGH.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the estate of TIMOTHY WILLIAM MILLINGTON, of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, and Colony of New Zealand, Newspaper Proprietor, a Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, holden at the Council Chambers, Blenheim, aforesaid, on the 31st day of December, 1868: JOHN M. HUTCHESON of Blenheim, aforesaid, Storekeeper, was chosen by the said Creditors to be the trustee of the estate and effect of the said bankrupt, and by an order of the said Court, bearing date the 31st day of December, 1868, the choice of the said Trustee by the said Creditors was confirmed.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868."

NOTICE is hereby given, that by an order of the said Court, bearing date the 19th day January, instant, the public sitting appointed to take place on the said 19th day of January, for the Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge, stands adjourned to Tuesday, the 2nd day of February next, at Eleven o\'clock in the forenoon, at the Council Chambers in Blenheim, aforesaid.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of the estate of THOMAS WALL, of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, and Colony of New Zealand, Builder, a Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, holden at the Council Chambers, Blenheim, aforesaid, on the 29th day of December, 1868: JAMES GORRIE, of Blenheim, aforesaid, Builder, was chosen by the said Creditors to be the Trustee of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt, and by an order of the said Court, bearing date the said 29th day of December, 1868, the choice of the said Trustee by the said Creditors was confirmed.

Dated this 30th day of December, 1868.
