NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

Superintendent's Office,
Nelson, 4th June, 1869.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant Leases for gold-mining purposes of the Crown Land within the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz:—

  1. A block of land, containing seven acres, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat, Buller District, applied for by JAMES WALL and others (Rise and Shine Gold-mining Company.)

  2. A block of land, containing ten acres, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat, Buller District, applied for by MICHAEL FITZGERALD and others (Shamrock Gold-mining Company.)
