I, THE undersigned HENRY HILL hereby make
application to register "The Queen's Own
Gold Mining Company, (Registered)," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited
Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Queen's Own Gold Mining Company,
Limited." - The place of operation is at the Town Lead,
Charleston, Province of Nelson. - The nominal capital of the Company is Twelve
Hundred Pounds, in two hundred and forty
shares of Five Pounds each. - The amount already paid up is Two Hundred
and Seventy Pounds. - The name of the Manager is Henry Hill.
- The Office of the Company is at the Com-
pany's claim, Town Lead, Charleston. - The names and several residences of the
shareholders, and the number of shares held
