I, THE undersigned HENRY HILL hereby make
application to register "The Queen's Own
Gold Mining Company, (Registered)," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited
Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Queen's Own Gold Mining Company,
    Limited."
  2. The place of operation is at the Town Lead,
    Charleston, Province of Nelson.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twelve
    Hundred Pounds, in two hundred and forty
    shares of Five Pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is Two Hundred
    and Seventy Pounds.
  5. The name of the Manager is Henry Hill.
  6. The Office of the Company is at the Com-
    pany's claim, Town Lead, Charleston.
  7. The names and several residences of the
    shareholders, and the number of shares held
    by each, at this date, are as follows:—

under the provisions of "The Mining Companies'
Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and

the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every
particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Homeward Bound Cement Crushing Com-
    pany (Limited)."

  2. The place of operations is the Back Lead
    Darkio's Terrace, in the District of Char-
    leston, Province of Nelson.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is
    Fifteen Hundred Pounds, in three hundred
    shares of Five Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is one thousand
    pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is William Graham
    Jackson.

    pany's claim, Back Lead, Darkio's Terrace.
