NOTICE is hereby given, that HENRY MURRAY MUNRO, of Moonlight Creek, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Miner, has this day filed in this Court, a declaration of his insolvency.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of THOMAS GOODWIN, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Cordial Manufacturer.
NOTICE is hereby given, that by Deed, bearing date the 4th day of August instant, and made between the said THOMAS GOODWIN, of the first part, and THOMAS ANCELL, of Westport aforesaid, Commission Agent, and DAVID LESLIE, of Westport aforesaid, merchant, of the second part, and the several Creditors of the said THOMAS GOODWIN, of the third part: The said THOMAS GOODWIN conveyed and assigned all and singular the real and personal estate therein described unto the said THOMAS ANCELL and DAVID LESLIE, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, upon certain trusts, for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said THOMAS GOODWIN: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed was duly executed by the said THOMAS GOODWIN, on the said 4th day of August instant, in the presence of, and the same is attested by, WILLIAM PITT, of Westport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was this day filed in this Court, and that the same may forthwith be executed by all Creditors of the said THOMAS GOODWIN.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, IN BANKRUPTCY.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOHN LEWIS, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Ironmonger, Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given, that this Court did this day adjudge the above-named JOHN LEWIS, Bankrupt, appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held, and prescribe Monday, the twenty-fourth day of August, now instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Clerk of this Court, at the Court-House at Westport above-mentioned, as the day, hour, and place of the said meeting, and Tuesday, the thirteenth day of October, now next ensuing, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon as the time within which the said Bankrupt is required to surrender.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the petition of JOSEPH MOSS and REUBEN HARRIS, late of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Commission Agents, carrying on business in co-partnership under the style or firm of "Moss and Company," but now of Charleston, in the said Province, Debtors, not in custody.
NOTICE is hereby given that this Court did this day adjudge the above-named JOSEPH MOSS and REUBEN HARRIS, Bankrupts, and ordered that a first meeting of the Creditors of the said JOSEPH MOSS and REUBEN HARRIS be held, and prescribed Tuesday, the 18th day of August, instant, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the said meeting.
