IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, IN ITS BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOHN HASSARD DEEY.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Court did, this day, appoint a Public Sitting to be held on Tuesday, the 18th day of August instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, for the above-named Bankrupt to pass his last examination and to make application for his discharge: And notice is hereby given, that the said Bankrupt intends to apply at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging him from all debts, claims, and demands, whatsoever provable under his Bankruptcy.
