IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the petition of TERENCE PATRICK FINN, late of Addison's Flat, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Draper, now of Brighton, in the said Province, Draper's assistant, a Debtor, not in custody.
NOTICE is hereby given that this Court did this day adjudge the above-named TERENCE PATRICK FINN, Bankrupt, and ordered that a first meeting of the Creditors of the said TERENCE PATRICK FINN be held, and prescribed Tuesday, the 18th day of August, instant, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCES HARRIS, Esquire, Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the said meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given that this Court did this day adjudge the above-named JOHN LOFTY, Bankrupt, and ordered that a first meeting of the Creditors of the said JOHN LOFTY, be held, and prescribed Tuesday, the 18th day of August, instant, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the said meeting.
