NOTICE is hereby given, that Tuesday, the 11th day of February, 1868, at the Court-house, Westport, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, is appointed for the first hearing of the undermentioned Petitions.

NOTICE is hereby given, that HARRY MANN, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Brewer, has this day filed, in this Court, a declaration of his insolvency.

NOTICE is hereby given, that CHARLES MARTON FOX, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, did, this day file, in this Honorable Court, pursuant to the 45th section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said CHARLES MARTON FOX, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given, that CHARLES FLOOD, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Tailor, did, on Tuesday, the Twenty-first day of January, 1868, file, at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said CHARLES FLOOD, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
