NOTICE is hereby given that CHARLES CURTIS, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Hotelkeeper, did this day file in this honorable Court a declaration of his insolvency.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of LOUIS EHRENFRIED, and BERNHARD EHRENFRIED, both of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, trading as "EHRENFRIED BROTHERS," Bankrupts.
NOTICE is hereby given that at the first meeting of Creditors in the above matter held this day at the Court-House, at Westport, above-mentioned, a resolution was passed by a majority in number representing three-fourths in value of the Creditors present or represented thereat, accepting a proposal then made by the above-named Bankrupts, for taking their estate out of Bankruptcy; And further that the said meeting was adjourned until eleven o'clock on Friday, the first day of May, now next ensuing.

NOTICE is hereby given that this honorable Court did this day appoint a public sitting to take place on the 1st day of May, now next ensuing, at the Court-House, at Westport, in the Province and Colony above-mentioned, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the above-named Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge.

NOTICE is hereby given, that this honorable Court did, on the twenty-fourth day of March last past, on the petition of the above-named THOMAS GEORGE MACARTHY, adjudge the above-named GEORGE ANDERSON, Bankrupt, and that the said adjudication was, after cause shown against it, this day made absolute. And further, that this day made absolute. And further, that the twenty-eighth day of April instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, at the Court House, at Westport, in the Province and Colony above-mentioned, is prescribed as the day, hour, and place of the first meeting of the Creditors of the said GEORGE ANDERSON; and Tuesday, the second day of June now next ensuing, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, at Westport aforesaid, also prescribed as the time within which the said Bankrupt, GEORGE ANDERSON, is required to surrender.
