NOTICE is hereby given that a public sitting of this Court will be held on the 2nd day of June next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon at the Court-House, Westport, for the said Bankrupts to pass their final examinations and to make application for their discharge.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given that SIR WILLIAM STUART FORBES, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Baronet, did on Monday the 20th day of April 1868, file at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration, that he the said SIR WILLIAM STUART FORBES, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given that DAVID HENDERSON MURDOCH, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Cattle Dealer, did this day file in the above Court, a declaration of his insolvency.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM M'FARLAND, and JAMES M'FARLAND, all of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, trading in co-partnership under the style or firm of "Alcorn & Co.," Storekeepers, Bankrupts.

NOTICE is hereby given, that this Honorable Court did this day appoint a Public Sitting of the said Court to take place on Tuesday, the second day of June now next ensuing, at the Court House at Westport above-mentioned, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the Bankrupts above-named to pass their last examination and to make application for their discharge.

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM TARRANT, of the Grove, in the Province of Marlborough, Farmer, has this day filed with the Clerk of the said Court, a declaration that the said WILLIAM TARRANT is unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given that the said WILLIAM TARRANT was this day adjudicated a Bankrupt, and that the order of adjudication prescribes Monday, the 4th day of May next, at the hour of Two o'clock in the afternoon at the Court-House, Picton, as the day, hour, and place, appointed for the first meeting of Creditors.
