IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF MARLBOROUGH, HOLDEN AT BLENHEIM.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," in re R. H. NEWTH.

NOTICE is hereby given that a public sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination will be held at the Court-House, Blenheim, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of June next, the day appointed for that purpose, and application will then be made for his discharge.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT:

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."

ALPHONSO JECKLIN, of the Devil's Grip, Maruia and the Lyell, in the Province of Nelson, Storekeeper, on the 9th day of January last, made a deed of arrangement and composition with his Creditors, and executed the said deed in the presence of a Solicitor of the Supreme Court, and the said deed was on the 16th day of January last, filed with the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Nelson, and on the 8th day of April, instant, a certificate by two of the Creditors was filed with the said Registrar, showing that the said deed was executed by a majority in number representing three-fourths in value of the Creditors of the said ALPHONSO JECKLIN.

Dated this 24th day of April, 1863.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867,"

NOTICE is hereby given that TERENCE PATRICK FINN, of Addison's Flat, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Draper, did this day file in this Court a declaration of insolvency.

NOTICE is hereby given that JOSEPH MOSS, and REUBEN HARRIS, both of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Commission Agents, did this day file in this Court a declaration of insolvency.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the petition of HENRY ELMES CAMPBELL, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given that by order bearing date the 16th day of April, 1863, this Court did confirm the appointment of JAMES BRITTON CLARKE, of Westport, aforesaid, Ironmonger, as Trustee.
