NOTICE.
In accordance with the provisions of an Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Marlborough, intituled "The Public Cemeteries Acts Amendment Act, 1875," I, James Edmund Hodson, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Province, set apart the parcels of land hereinafter described, as Public Cemeteries, to be called respectively the "Upper Wairau Cemetery," and the "Kaituna Cemetery," namely:—
The Upper Wairau Cemetery comprises all that parcel of land in the District of Omaka, being a triangular block containing 6a. 1r. 10p., more or less, forming part of Section numbered 133 on the Plan of the said district: bounded towards the north 748 links by a public road; towards the east by a public road; and towards the west 1,689 links by public road numbered 152 on the said plan.
The Kaituna Cemetery comprises all that parcel of land in the District of Kaituna Valley, being a rectangular block 500 links by 1,000 links, forming part of Section numbered 67 on the Plan of the said District of Kaituna Valley.
And I do hereby, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, and with the advice and consent of the said Executive Council, appoint
Joseph Ward, Philip Dillon, Robert M’Ivor, Robert M’Isaac, Thomas O’Sullivan, and Gustaff Barry
to be a Board of Trustees for the management of the said Upper Wairau Cemetery;
and
George Storey, John Gibson, James Davies, John Cameron, Michael Maher, and Hermann Pobert August Neumann
to be a Board of Trustees for the management of the said Kaituna Cemetery.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Marlborough, at Blenheim, this Twenty-sixth day of November, 1875.

DECISION in favor of the following Applicants for a Depasturing License has this day been given, in accordance with "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867":—
George Williams and Henry Davis Williams — District of North Bank of Wairau. Estimated extent, 5,900 acres.
