NOTICE.
THE Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice, that at noon on TUESDAY, the Twenty-eighth day of December next, the Allotments of Town Land, Suburban Land, and Rural Land, set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed, will be put up to auction and offered for sale by public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867," and "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act 1867 Amendment Act, 1871."
Ten per cent. of the purchase money must be deposited at the sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit will be forfeited.
Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, this Twenty-fifth day of November, 1875.
