✨ Land Sale Notices

NOTICE.

THE COMMISSIONER of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice, that at noon on WEDNESDAY, the 18th day of November next, the Allotments of Town Land, Suburban Land, and Pasture Land, set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed, will be put up to Auction and offered for Sale by public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in this province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule in accordance with the provisions of "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867."

Ten per cent. of the purchase money must be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, this ninth day of October, 1869.
