Blenheim, Sept. 28th, 1868.
IT is hereby notified for public information, that the Goodwill of the Lease for Fourteen years of the Government Reserve of 1,500 ACRES on the South side of the Clarence River, will be submitted to public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, on TUESDAY, the 20th October, at 12 noon.
Conditions of Lease may be ascertained at this office.

IT is hereby notified for Public information, that the Stockyard of Mr. Philip Lawrence, situate in Wynen-street, Blenheim, shall cease to be used as a Public Pound from SATURDAY, the 17th instant;
and that the Stockyard of Mr. William Jeffries, of Maxwell Road, Blenheim, and the Stockyard of Mr. John Shepherd, of the Big Bush, shall from that date be Public Pounds; and that the said William Jeffries and John Shepherd have been appointed Poundkeepers.
