WHEREAS by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me, ordering me that of the real and personal estate of the above-named James Sinclair, I should cause to be made the sum of £529 11s. 1d., together with interest upon the said sum, at the rate of £8 for every one hundred pounds by the year from the third day of July, 1868, together with £3 18s. 8d., for the said writ, besides Sheriff’s Poundage, Officer’s Fees, &c.

Now, I DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, that I shall cause to be

unless the said debt or sum of £529 11s. 1d. and interest, be sooner paid, together with the said sum of £3 18s. 8d., besides Sheriff’s Poundage, Officer’s Fees, &c.,

ALL THE ESTATE, RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST
of the said James Sinclair, of, in, and to all those several Allotments or Parcels of Land, situate in the Town of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, New Zealand, being Allotments numbered respectively 42, 43, 48, 49, 50, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 72, on the plan of the said town.

Also, all the Right, Title, and Interest of the said James Sinclair in and to that parcel of Land containing by admeasurement 150 acres, situate in the Opawa District in the Province aforesaid, being section No. 46 on the plan of the said District.

And also, of and in all that Parcel of Land containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, situate in the district of Wairau West, being section No. 36 on the plan of the said District.

And I further give notice, that the Estate and Interest of the said James Sinclair consists of the Equity of Redemption held by the said James Sinclair in the said Properties, subject to certain Mortgages therein for the respective amounts therein specified, and the interest thereon.

Also, all those Parcels of Land in the said Town of Blenheim, being Allotments Nos. 51 and 52 on the plan of the said Town, excepting those portions thereof of 50 links each in width, facing Sinclair and Redwood-streets, by a depth the whole length of the said sections of 100 links.

Also, all that Parcel of Land in the said Town of Blenheim, being Allotment No. 453, on the plan of the said Town, excepting thereout a piece 20 feet in width.
