facing Grove Road, conveyed by the abovenamed James Sinclair to Messrs. A. and G. H. Munro.

Also, all that Parcel of Land in the said Town of Blenheim, being part of Allotment No. 96, on the plan of the said Town, bounded on the North by Allotments Nos. 82 and 83, on the South-East by Market Place, 80 feet or thereabouts, on the South-West by other part of said Allotment No. 96, owned by Messrs. J. and J. Dempsey, and towards the West by Allotment No. 95.

Also, all that parcel of Land, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, situate in the District of Opawa, being the Northern moiety of section No. 47 on the plan of the said district, conveyed to the said James Sinclair by William Budge.

Also, all that Parcel of Land situate in the Waihoi Valley District, in the Province aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, being section No. 18, on the plan of the said district.

Also, all that Parcel of Land, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods and 9 poles, more or less, situate in the District of Wairau West, being part of that parcel of Land, containing by admeasurement 300 acres, more or less, and being rural sections Nos. 31 and 35, on the plan of the said district, bounded on the North partly by a public road, and partly by section No. 36 on the said plan; on the East by sections Nos. 36 and 32; on the South by section No. 30, and on the West by said section No. 30, and by a public road; and which said parcel of land being part of said rural sections Nos. 31 and 35, measures in the front thereof on the public road forming the South-Western boundary of the said section No. 35, 667 links, and on the Southern side of the said parcel of Land 235 links, and on the North-Western side thereof 233 links.

Also, all that Parcel of Land situate in the District of Wairau West aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 4 poles, more or less, and all that other parcel of Land situate in the District of Wairau West aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods and 31 poles, more or less, and which said two parcels of Land are part of that piece or parcel of Land in the District of Wairau West aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 300 acres, more or less, being the rural sections Nos. 34 and 35, on the plan of the said district, bounded on the North partly by a public road, and partly by the said section No. 36; on the East by said sections Nos. 36 and 32; on the South by section No. 30, and by a public road; and on the West by said section No. 30, and by a public road.

All which said allotments, pieces, or parcels of Land hereinbefore mentioned, are delineated, and the boundaries and measurements thereof shown upon the several plans thereof drawn upon the Memorial of Indenture herein registered at the Registrar of Deeds Office, at Picton.

And I also give notice that the estate and interest of the said James Sinclair, in these last-mentioned properties, consists of an estate in fee simple, free from incumbrances: And I further give notice that the above-mentioned Lands, or the estate and interest of the said James Sinclair, have been taken by me in execution, at the suit of the said Alice Moffitt, as administratrix of the estate and effects of Charles Henry Moffitt, the execution creditor.
