NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of Land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Kāhiti o Niu Tireni, will be investigated at Blenheim, Marlborough, on the 1st of December next, and following days.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the Lands translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Eruera Paipa and others Anamahanga, an Island in Cook’s Straits An Island. When the land has been surveyed, then the boundaries will be known
Aperahana Te Aika Piripawa, near Kaikoura Commencing at Te Piripawa, and going down on to Te Waka. Te Ruakoropihia o Rukutia, and going straight down to Okeke, where it ends

Metahi atu Omaruia, near Kaikoura On the East is the side of Waiautoahihirau, the North is Otane, the middle is Ahuri; Maruia is the post of the middle boundary; on the Southern side is Maakatoki; Ngakaroro is North on the sea-coast on this side of Te Hurunui The maps each of these Lands, as has been surveyed, can be seen in the Office of the Chief Surveyor, Blenheim.
