Auckland, August 10th, 1868.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at the
Sitting of this Court, to be held at
Blenheim, Marlborough, on the 1st of
December next, will be heard the claims of
George Thorns, to succeed to the interest of
the late Joseph Thorns, deceased, in two
Sections of Land called Anara and Opara,
in Queen Charlotte’s Sound, in the Province
of Marlborough aforesaid.
