KAITUNA VALLEY.

A block of land, situate in the Kaituna District, being section No. 3, bounded towards the North by the waters of the Pelorus Sound; and towards the East, South, and West by the Kaituna river; containing about 48 acres.

A block of land, situate in the Kaituna Valley District, being section No. 4, bounded towards the North by land granted to William Cullen; towards the East and South by Crown land; and towards the West by the waters of the Pelorus Sound; containing about 14 acres, as a reserve for landing place and other purposes.

A block of land, situate in the Kaituna Valley District, being sections Nos. 66 and 67, bounded towards the North by a public road; towards the South by a public road; towards the East by section No. 68; and towards the West by section No. 103; containing about 156 acres for a resting place for stock.

TOWN OF HAVELOCK.

A block of land, situate in the Waipapa District, bounded towards the North, East, and South by the sea; and towards the West by a Native Reserve; containing about 3 acres, 1 rood, and 1 perch, for a landing place.

A block of land, situate in the Waipapa District, bounded towards the North, East, and West by a Native Reserve; and towards the South by the sea; containing about 10 acres, for a resting place for stock.

KAIKOURA.

A block of land, situate in the Kaikoura District, bounded towards the North by the river Hapuka; towards the South by suburban section No. 190; towards the East and West by public roads; containing about 400 acres for resting place for stock.

A block of land, situate in the District of Kaikoura, being section No. 203, Kaikoura suburban, containing about 29 acres, for general purposes.

PICTON IMPROVEMENT AMENDMENT ACT.

ELECTION OF MEMBERS FOR THE BOARD OF WORKS, BLENHEIM.

IN pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in the above-named Act, passed by the Provincial Council of this province, I, Thomas Carter, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the 23rd day of December next, at 12 o’clock at noon, as the day and hour at which the Meeting for the Election of Members of the said Board of Works shall take place, and for the transaction of other business, according to the said Act, and that the Meeting shall be held at the Court House, Blenheim.
