HEREBY give notice that any person or persons found CUTTING TIMBER, or otherwise unlawfully TRESPASSING on the CROWN LANDS in this Province, will be proceeded against, in accordance with the provisions of the "Crown Lands Act, 1862."

PROCLAMATION.
By His Honour Thomas Carter, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough.

IN accordance with the provisions of the "Education Act," Session III., No. 1, I hereby notify that an Election of a Member of the Education Board, for the District of Spring Creek, will be held at the Spring Creek School House, on MONDAY, the 21st December next, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
