Given under my hand at Napier this 10th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.

SCHEDULE.
Porangahau District.
Starts at the sea coast, at the north of the Waimata Stream at the Southern boundary of the Province; runs along the southern boundary of the Province, to Wahatuara; thence along the western boundary of the Tautane Block to its north-western extremity, thence in a straight line bearing north north-east to the source of the Tangaruhe Creek; thence down that creek to the Mangaorapa Stream; thence down that stream to the Porangahau River, and up that river to the south-east boundary of Porangahau suburban section No. 80, along the south-eastern boundary of that section to its eastern-most corner, thence along the north-eastern boundary of sections Nos. 79 and 78, to the south-western corner of block No. 76. Porangahau District, along the western and northern boundaries of that block to the western boundary of Porangahau suburban section No. 61, along the western boundary of that section and of section No. 65, to the north-western corner of the last named section, thence along the northern boundary of sections Nos. 65, 64, 63, 62, 3, and 25, to the Porangahau River. Crossing that river and following down its east bank to its mouth; and thence along the sea coast in a southerly direction to the starting point at the mouth of the Waimata Stream.
Eparaima District.
Starts at the sea coast at the northern boundary of the Porangahau District, follows along that boundary to the source of the Tangaruhe Creek; thence in a line bearing north-west to the southern-most corner of block No. 77. Porangahau District on the Mangapusaka Creek; down that creek to the Wangai Stream, up that stream and along the western boundary of block No. 56, to the Taurackaitai Stream, thence down that stream to the western boundary of block No. 37 along that boundary to the Purimu Stream; and thence down that stream to the Hapuku line and along that line to the sea coast at Blackhead; and thence along the sea coast in a southerly direction to the starting point at the junction with the Porangahau District.
Tumumu District.
Starts at the sea coast at Blackhead, at the junction with the Eparaima District, runs along the northern boundary of that district to the Tangituporo Stream and down that stream to the Tuki Tuki River and down that river to the mouth of the Mangarara Stream, and up that stream to the north-west boundary of block No. 30, Mangakuri District; thence along the north-west boundary of that block to its north-west corner; thence along the eastern boundary of block No. 46 Tarawera District to the Omakare Stream; thence up that stream to the northern boundary of block No. 10. Pourerere District thence along the northern boundary of that block, and of block No. 5, to the sea coast at Paoanui, and along the sea coast in a southerly direction to the starting point at Blackhead.
Oero District.
Starts at the sea coast at Paoanui, at the northern boundary of the Tumumu District, follows along the northern and eastern boundaries of that district to the Tuki Tuki River, down that river to the mouth of the Hawea Stream, and up that stream to the northern boundary of block No. 63. Oero District, thence along that boundary and the northern and eastern boundaries of block No. 68, to the northern boundary of the Te Apiti native block along that boundary to the sea coast, and along the sea coast in a southerly direction to the starting point at Paoanui.
Te Mata District.
Starts at the sea coast at the northern boundary of the Oero District, follows along the northern boundary of that district to the north-east corner of Block No. 68, Oero district; thence along the western boundary of the Waimarama native block to the Ngamagata Stream; down that stream and the Maractotara Stream to the southern boundary of block No. 12, Kidnappor District; along that boundary to the Mangangarara Stream; down that stream to the Tuki Tuki River; thence down that river to a point bearing due east (magnetic) from the easternmost corner of the Havelock District (Te Mata, Trig Station); from that point running due west to the said Trig Station; and from thence along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of the Havelock District to the Ngaruroro River; and down that river to the south-east boundary of the Clive and Hikutoto
