District; thence along that boundary to the sea coast, and along the sea coast in an easterly and southerly direction to the starting point at the northern boundary of the Oero District.

Waipukurau District.

Starts at the junction of the Tangituporo Stream with the Tuki Tuki River, follows up the Tangituporo Stream to the northern boundary of the Eparaima District; thence along the northern and western boundaries of that district to the Tutaekuri Stream; up that stream and the Whatatuna Stream to the southern boundary of Block No. 83, Porangahau District; thence along the southern boundary of that block to the Mangapurakau Stream; following down that stream and the Walkopiro Stream, to the western boundary of Block No. 59, Porangahau District; following along that boundary to the southern boundary of Block No. 120, Rustaniwha District; along the southern and western boundaries of that block, and the southern and western boundaries of Block No. 234, to the Makaretu River; thence up that river to the eastern boundary of the Makaretu Reserve, and along the eastern boundary of that reserve to the Tukipo River; thence down that river to the Tuki Tuki River, and down that river to the main south road; thence along that road in a northerly direction to the Waipawa River; down that river to its junction with the Tuki Tuki River; and down that river to the starting point at the junction with the Tangatuporo Stream.

Makaretu District.

Starts at the Makaretu River, at the western boundary of the Waipukurau District; follows along the eastern and northern boundaries of the Makaretu Reserve, and up that river to the western boundary of the Province; along that boundary to the source of the Makaretu Reserve, and down that river to the starting point at the junction with the Waipukurau District.

Ruataniwha District.

Starts at the Waipawa River, at the junction with the Waipukurau District; follows up the Waipawa River to the eastern boundary of the Makaretu District; thence southerly along that boundary to the Tukipo River, and along the northern boundary of the Waipukurau District to the main south road; and from thence northerly along that road to the starting point at the Waipawa River.

Waipawa District.

Starts at the Waipawa River at the eastern boundary of Block No. 46, Patangata District; follows along the eastern boundary of blocks Nos. 46 and 47, and the northern boundary of block No. 47, to the eastern side of the Te Aute road; along the eastern side of that road to the south boundary of block No. 49; along

the south boundary of blocks Nos. 49, 23, 18, and 179, to the south-west corner of block No. 179; thence along the west boundary of that block and of block No. 144, to the north-east corner of block No. 134; thence along the north boundary of that block to the Mangaonuku River; down that river to its junction with the Waipawa River; and thence down that river to the starting point at the eastern boundary of block No. 46.

Patangata District.

Starts at the Waipawa River at the south-east corner of the Waipawa District; follows along the eastern boundary of that district to the Kaikoura Creek; thence along the eastern side of the main south road to the road from Patangata to Te Aute; thence along the northern side of that road to the Papanui Stream; thence down that stream to the Tuki Tuki River; thence up that river to its junction with the Waipawa River; and up that river to the starting point at the junction with the Waipawa District.

North Ruataniwha District.

Starts at the junction of the Mangaonuku and Waipawa Rivers; follows up the Mangaonuku River to the northern boundary of the Waipawa District; follows along that boundary to the western boundary of the Pariangata District; thence northerly along that boundary to the northern boundary of the College land; thence westerly along that boundary and the northern boundaries of blocks Nos. 13, 142, 12, 141, 11, 140, Ruataniwha District, to the north-western corner of block No. 140; thence in a straight line to the Mangaonuku River, at the westernmost corner of block No. 24, Maraekakahu District; follows up the Mangaonuku River to its source, and along the northern and north-western boundary of block No. 1, Gwavas District, and the western boundary of blocks Nos. 1 and 5, to the Mangamauku River; up that river to its source, and in a straight line to the junction of the Makaroro River, with the north branch of the Waipawa stream; thence down that branch to its junction with the south branch; and thence down the Waipawa River to the starting point at the junction with the Mangaonuku River.

Kereru and Aorangi District.

Starts at the junction of the Mangataih stream with the Ngaruroro River; thence in a straight line to the junction of the Ettrick stream with the Maraekakaho river; up that river to the south-western corner of block No. 1, Maraekakaho; thence in a straight line to the north-western corner of block No. 140, Ruataniwha District; thence along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the North Ruataniwha District to the northern boundary of the Makaretu District; along that boundary to the western boundary of the Province; thence along that boundary to the source of the Ngaru-
