thence along the north-eastern boundary of blocks 179, 18, 23, and 49, to the Te Auto road, and by that road to the starting point at Kaikora Bridge.

Tamumu and Pouwerere Districts.

Starts at the junction of the Mangatarara with the Tuki Tuki, follows up that river to the mouth of the Mangataratara, and up that stream to the junction with the Tangituera, and up that creek to the Hapuku line, and along the southern boundary lines of the runs of Messrs. Gollan and Nairn to the sea coast at Blackhead, and along the sea coast to the mouth of the Pourerere, and thence in a straight line to the head of Omakari Creek; thence follows down that creek to the south-western boundary of block 74, Mangakuri District; thence along the western boundaries of blocks 74 and 73 and the western and northern boundary of block 72 to the Mangarara, and down that stream to the starting point at the Tuki Tuki River.

West Waipawa District.

Starts from the Te Aute road at the south boundary of block 49, Patangata District, follows along the south boundary of blocks 49, 23, 18, and 179, to the south-west corner of block 179; thence along the west boundary of blocks 179 and 144 to the north-east corner of block 4, and thence along the north boundary of that block to the Mangaonuku River, and down that river to its junction with the Waipawa, and down that river to the west boundary of block 16; thence along the west and north boundaries of that block to the Te Aute road, and along that road to the starting point.

East Waipawa District.

Starts at the south-east corner of block 16, Patangata District, on the Waipawa River, follows along the eastern boundary of that block to the Te Aute road, and along the north boundary of that road to its junction with Tamumu road at Kaikora, along the north boundary of that road to its crossing of the Tuki Tuki at Tamumu, and up the Tuki Tuki to its junction with the Waipawa, and up the Waipawa to the starting point at block 16.

Seventy-Mile Bush District.

Starting at the main road at the north boundary of Tahoraiti, block No. 2, follows along the boundary of that block in a westerly and southerly direction to the old bridle track; thence along that track to Tahoraiti No. 1, following the west and south boundaries of that block to the Oringi Block along its south boundary to the old bridle track, and along that track to Matahiwi; thence along the western and southern boundaries of that block to the Manawatu River; thence up that river to the Otope Creek, and up that creek to the south-east boundary of the Otope Block, and along the eastern boundary of that block to the Kaitoki Block to the Mangatoro Block, and by the southern and eastern boundaries of that block to Rakautuhaka, and thence by a straight line bearing east to the western boundary of the Porangahau Block, and along the western boundary of that block in an northerly direction to the Mangapoaka road, and along the northern boundary of that road to the Manawatu River, and across that river to the northern boundary of the same road to Tahoraiti No. 2, and by the northern boundary of that block to the starting point.

West Kaikora.

Starts on the Te Aute road, at the bridge over Kaikora Creek, follows up that creek to the eastern boundary of block 15, Patangata District; thence along the northern boundary of that block to its north-west angle; thence in a straight line to the north-west angle of block 17, and thence along the western boundary of blocks 17, 19, 148, 124, 144, and 179 to the south-west corner of block 179, and along the south boundary of blocks 179, 18, 23, and 49 to the Te Auto road.

Waipukurau East.

Starts from the junction of the Mangatarara with the Tuki Tuki; follows up that stream to the junction with the Tangituera, and up that creek to the boundary of the Hapuku Block; thence along that line to the main South Road, following that road in a north-easterly direction to the North boundary of Captain Newman’s property, and along that boundary in a westerly direction to Lake Hatuma; thence along the eastern shore of that lake to its north-eastern extremity, and thence along the boundary between Blocks 31 and 16, Waipukurau, to the Tuki Tuki; thence down that river to the starting point at the mouth of the Mangataratara.

Waipukurau West.

Starts at the Tuki Tuki river, at the boundary between Blocks 31 and 16, Waipukurau; follows along that boundary to Lake Hatuma; thence along the eastern shore of that lake to its southern extremity, at the boundary between the properties of Captain Newman and Mr. H. R. Russell; thence along that boundary to the main South Road, and along that road to the south boundary of the Hapuku Block, and along that boundary in a westerly direction to the edge of the bush at Takapau, and thence along the edge of the bush to the Makaretu river, and up that river to the south-west corner of Block 181, Ruataniwha District; thence along the western boundary of that block, and by a straight line bearing north to the
