Raukawa District.
Starts on the Te Aute Road at the north boundary of the Ko Parakori Block; follows the boundary of that block to the Mangaroa Block, and along the southern boundary of that block to the Raukawa East Block; thence along the northern boundary of that block, and of Raukawa West Block, to the Maraeakakaho Block; thence along the east boundary of that block to the south boundary of the Te Onepu West Block; thence along the southern boundary of that block and of Te Onepu East, and Teiputaraia Block to the northern boundary of the Te Aute College land, and down that boundary to the Te Aute Road, and by that road to the starting point.
Oero District.
Starts from the junction of the Hawea stream with the Tuki Tuki; follows up that river to the mouth of the Mangarara, and up that stream to the north-western boundary of Block 76, Mangakuri District, along the southern and south-eastern boundary of Blocks 76, 75, to the Mangakuri stream; thence by a straight line to the easternmost corner of Block 1a, on the southern boundary of the Kairakau Block, and along the western and south-western boundaries of the Kairakau Block, Te Apiti Block, and Wainmarama Block to the Hawea stream, and down the stream to the starting point at the Tuki Tuki.
Tutaekuri and Okawa District.
Starts at the junction of the dry channel of the Tutaekuri with that river at Pawhakairo; follows up the Tutaekuri to the north-west boundary of the Okawa Block; thence along the west boundary of that block to its most southerly point; thence in a straight line, bearing south, to the eastern boundary of the Waipiropiro Block, and along that boundary to the dry channel of the Tutaekuri, and by it to the starting point at Pawhakairo.
Turiroa District.
Starting at the easternmost corner of Section 9, Turiroa Reserve, on the Wairoa river; thence following along the south-eastern boundary of that section, and of sections Nos. 10 and 11, to the southernmost corner of section No. 11; thence along the south-western boundary of that section to the south-eastern boundary of section 12; thence along that boundary to the eastern boundary of section No. 27; thence following along that boundary and the eastern boundary of sections Nos. 38 and 35 to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along the southern boundary of the same section, and of section No. 36, to the south-western corner thereof; thence following along the western boundary of the same section, and of section No. 34, to the southern boundary of section No. 31; thence along the southern and western boundaries of that section, and the western boundary of sections Nos. 30 and 26, to the north-western corner of section No. 26; thence along the northern boundary of that section to the westernmost corner of section 24; thence following along the north-western boundary of that section, and of section No. 22, to the north-western corner of section No. 20; thence following along the northern boundary of sections Nos. 20, 18, and 37, to the north-eastern corner of section No. 37; thence along the north-eastern boundary of that section, and of section No. 13, to the Huramua stream; thence following down that stream to the Wairoa river; thence following down that river to the commencing point at the easternmost corner of section No. 9.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Session 12, No. 1, it is amongst other things enacted that the Superintendent may from time to time, by Proclamation, appoint Pounds and Poundkeepers at such places as he may think fit, and at any time to annul such appointment and make others.
Now, therefore, I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby appoint
JOHN NICHOLSON
Poundkeeper of the Public Pound, situate at Kaikora.
