south; on the eastward by the Wai-makariri No. 10 Road; on the westward by a line parallel to and forty
chains distant from the eastern
boundary; and on the southward by
a line at right angles to the Waimakariri No. 10 Road, so as to contain the above quantity; save and
except reserve No. 1026 (in red),
and subject to roads if required on
survey.—Reserve in connection with

No. 1600 (in red).—South Malvern Road
District—Three hundred and seven
acres, situate in the Malvern district,
bounded on the northward by the
road forming the southern boundary
of sections 828A, 4115, and 5513; on
the eastward by section 10058; on
the southward by reserve No. 1332
(in red); and on the westward by section 14988, save and except reserve

No. 1557 (in red), which is included
within the above boundaries.—For
drainage purposes.

No. 1601 (in red).—South Malvern Road
District—Seven acres, situate in the
Malvern district, being a strip of
land one chain wide, commencing at
the north-western corner of rural section 14666, and extending northerly
to the south-eastern boundary of
section 16639, being bounded on the
westward by the road forming the
eastern boundary of section 12778.—

or less, situate at Little River;

the south-eastward by section 19397
and a line in continuation of the

Geraldine Road Districts—All that
tract of land, three-quarters of a mile
wide, situate in the Ashburton and
Timaru districts, west of and adjoining reserve No. 881 (in red), extending northerly from the northern
bank of the river Orari to a point on
the western boundary of the aforesaid reserve, bearing from trig. station No. 65A, N. 29°30min. E.
(mag.), and distant therefrom about
three miles twenty-five chains.—For
a line of railway.

No. 1675 (in red).—Kowai Road District—All that tract of land, half a
mile wide, situate in the Ashley
district, bounded on the southward
by the road passing through section
No. 4713; on the northward by the
river Waipara, on the westward by a
straight line drawn from the northernmost corner of section No. 7989 to
a point on the southern bank of the
aforesaid river, situate about 15½
chains east of the road and railway
reserve, and on the eastward by the
North Road, and also by a line parallel
to the western boundary and forty
chains distant therefrom; save and
except the land purchased and finally
reserved to date.—For a railway.

No. 1710 (in red).—Ashburton Road
District—Ten acres one rood, more or
less, in the township of Ashburton,
being that portion of the dry river
bed forming the south-western
boundary of reserve No. 308 (in
red), and extending from the north-western Boulevard to sections 602,
603, 604, 605, 606, and 607.—For
Provincial Government purposes.
