No. 1711 (in red).—Ashburton Road District—Two acres, one rood, and twenty-four perches, more or less, in the township of Ashburton, being sections 594, 595, 596, 597, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, and that portion of 607 not included in reserve 308 (in red)—For Provincial Government purposes.
No. 1712 (in red).—Courtenay Road District—Twenty-eight acres, more or less, situate in the Malvern district, bounded on the north-westward by the road forming the north-western boundary of section 12862; on the north-eastward by that section; on the south-eastward by a line in continuation of the south-eastern boundary thereof; and on the south-westward by the river Wakaepa.—For pound.
No. 1723 (in red).—Rakaia and South Rakaia Road Districts—Two thousand and eighty acres, more or less, situate in the Rakaia and Ashburton districts; bounded on the south-west by reserves Nos. 174 and 265 (in red); on the north-westward by a line in continuation of the north-western boundary of the latter reserve; on the south-eastward by the main South Road; and on the north-eastward by a line running parallel to the general direction of the north-eastern bank of the river Rakaia, and distant half-a-mile on the average therefrom; save and except land purchased and reserved to date, and also those portions of C.A.P. Rights Nos. 283 and 287, included in the above description.—For Provincial Government purposes.
No. 1854 (in red).—Ashley Road District—Thirty-six acres, more or less, situate in the Ashley district, bounded on the southward and westward by the road forming the northern boundary of section 10097; on the eastward by section 9018; and on the northward by the river Grey, and also by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from that portion of the road forming part of the southern boundary of section 9018.—For branch line of railway.
No. 1855 (in red).—Ashley Road District—One hundred and thirty-six acres, more or less, situate in the Ashley district, bounded on the westward by the river Karetu; on the southward by section 21004; on the northward by section 19912; and on the eastward by a line drawn from a point on the southern boundary of the latter section distant twelve chains fifty links from its south-western corner to a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid section 21006, situate fifteen chains fifty links from the north-western corner thereof.—For branch line of railway.
No. 1856 (in red).—Levels Road District—Forty-three acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru district, bounded on the northward by reserve No. 102 (in red), and also by section No. 1702; on the eastward by high-water mark; on the westward by a line parallel to the general direction of the eastern boundary, and seven chains distant, on the average, therefrom; and on the southward by sections 2605, 3753, 3252, and also an east and west line (mag.) drawn from the northernmost corner of the latter section to high-water mark.—For railway purposes.
