1710, (in red).--Thirty acres, more or less,
situate at Wainui, Banks’ Peninsula
(Town of Akaroa and Wainui Road
District), bounded on the north-
westward by the road forming the
north-western boundary of Section
No. 22828; on the north-eastward
by that section; on the south-eastward by Section 22627; and on the
south-westward by a line parallel to
the north-eastern boundary, so as to
contain the above quantity.

TAKE NOTICE, that I desire boundary
fences dividing our freehold lands,
along the western boundary of your Sections
Nos. 20408 and 20411, for a distance of
about sixty chains; also, along the southern
boundary of your Section No. 20410, com-
mencing at the south-west corner, running a
distance of about twenty-five chains west-
ward, be made immediately, and that such
fences shall be sod walls, thirty-four inches
high, five stakes to the chain, straining and
running posts where required, with two No.
9 wires, properly strained.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs
it to be notified that he has fixed

Ashburton Road Board Office, as the time
and place at which a meeting of persons
duly qualified to vote shall be held for the
Election of Members of the Road Board of
the Ashburton Road District, as constituted
by a Proclamation of his Honor the Super-
intendent, dated 10th July, 1875, and that
has appointed

Mr. John Grigg

as the person by and before whom such
election shall be held.
