HIS Honor the Deputy-Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following reserves under the 43rd clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, such reservation to continue in force for seven months from date hereof, viz :-
440 acres, in the Ashley District, bounded on the north-eastward and eastward by the road passing through Sections 14501, and 14502, also by these sections and by Section 14500; on the south-eastward by Sections 13875, 13874, 14500, and also by a line drawn at right angles to the general direction of said road so as to meet the easternmost corner of Section 13874; on the south-westward by Sections 19699, 21171, 13875, and 13874; and on the north-westward by Sections 14500, 14501, 14502, and also by a line drawn from the westernmost corner of Section 14502, to the northernmost corner of Section 19699, and numbered 1911 (in red).
160 acres, in the Ashley District, bounded on the south-eastward by a line in continuation of the south-easternmost boundary of No. 1911, and also by Section 21350; on the south-westward by the road forming the north-east boundary of Section 14500; on the north-eastward by Section 21350, and also by a line 40 chains distant, on the average, from the south-west boundary; and on the north-westward by a line drawn parallel to south-east boundary, so as to contain the required quantity, and numbered 1912 (in red).

1709, (in red).—Five acres, more or less, situate at Laverick’s Bay, Banks’ Peninsula (Okain’s Bay Road District), bounded on the northward by the road reserved along high-water mark; on the westward by the road forming the north-western boundary of Section 7984; on the south-westward by a line in continuation of the northern boundary of Section 19934; on the north-eastward by a line parallel to the south-western boundary and eight chains distant therefrom; and on the south-eastward by a line at right angles to the last described boundary, so as to contain the above quantity.
