No. 1852 (in red).—One rood and sixteen
perches, more or less, being Section
No. 1 in the town of Bealey; bounded
on the northward by the northern
boundary of the said township; on
the Southward by Albion Street; on
the westward by the West Coast
Road; and on the eastward by St.
George’s Terrace. For police
purposes.

No. 1868 (in red).—Ten acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District;
bounded on the northward by the
road along the southern boundary of
Sections 10035 and 10040; on the
westward by a road 2 chains wide;
on the southward and south-eastward
by the River Eyre. For gravel pit.

No. 1874 (in red).—Five acres, situate in
the Malvern District; bounded on
the north-eastward by the road forming the south-western boundary of
Section 18580; on the south-eastward by the road forming the north-western boundary of Section 12862;
on the south-west by a line parallel
to the north-eastern boundary and 10
chains distant therefrom; and on the
north-westward by a line at right
angles to the north-eastern boundary,
so as to include the above quantity.

No. 1875 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
having 5 chains frontage on the north-western side of the road forming the
north-western boundary of Reserve
1866 (in red), and extending north-westerly 10 chains in a rectangular
block, the easternmost corner being
about 76 chains south-west of the
junction of said road with the road
forming the southern boundary of the
above-mentioned Reserve. For gravel
pit.

No. 1876 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
having frontage to and being bounded
on the southward by the road forming
the southern boundary of Section
20798; on the westward by the road
east of Section 20740; on the northward by a line parallel to and 10
chains distant from the southern
boundary; and on the eastward by a
line at right angles to the road first
above-mentioned, being 5 chains
distant on the average from the
western boundary. For gravel pit.

No. 1877 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
having frontage to and being bounded
on the south-eastward by the road
forming the north-western boundary
of Section 20789; on the south-westward by the road forming the south-western boundary of Section 20788;
on the north-westward by a line 10
chains distant from and parallel to
the south-east boundary; and on the
north-east by a line at right angles to
the road first above mentioned, being
5 chains distant on the average from
the south-west boundary. For gravel
pit.

No. 1878 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
having frontage to and being bounded
on the north-eastward by the Eyre
Road South; on the south-westward
by the road forming the south-western
boundary of Section 20738; and on
the south-east by a line at right
angles to the north-east boundary, to
include the required quantity. For
gravel pit.

No. 1879 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the south-westward by
the road north-east of Section 19705;
on the northward by the road north
of that section; and on the south-eastward by a line at right angles to
the road first above-mentioned, to
include the required quantity. For
gravel pit.

No. 1880 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
having five chains frontage on the
south-eastern side of Reserve 1081
(in red), and extending south-easterly
ten chains in a rectangular block,
the northernmost corner being about
forty-seven chains south-west of
Trig. Station 26. For gravel pit.

No. 1881 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
having five chains frontage on the
south-eastern side of Reserve 1081
(in red), and extending south-easterly
ten chains in a rectangular block, the
northernmost corner being eighty
chains south-west of the westernmost
corner of Reserve 1880 (in red).

No. 1882 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, in the Ashburton District,
having five chains frontage on the
road south of Section 20682, and
extending northerly ten chains in a
rectangular block west of and adjoining that section. For gravel pit.

No. 1883 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, in the Ashburton District,
having five chains frontage on the
road forming the south-western
boundary of Section 19461, and extending north-easterly ten chains in
a rectangular block south-east of and
adjoining that section. For gravel
pit.

No. 1884 (in red).—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Ashley District,
being a rectangular block of ten
chains from east to west, and five
chains from north to south, the
northern boundary being parallel to
and about fourteen chains fifty links
distant from the northern boundary.
