No. 1447, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the South Road and Railway Reserve, and extending back north-westerly ten chains in a rectangular block; the south-east corner of this reserve is situate opposite the 66 mile peg.

No. 1448, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains to the South Road and Railway Reserve, and extending back south-easterly ten chains in a rectangular block; the north-east corner of this reserve is situate about six chains south-west of 68 mile peg.

No. 1449, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having frontage of five chains on the south road, and extending back north-westerly ten chains in a rectangular block; the easternmost corner of this reserve is situate opposite the 70 mile peg.

No. 1451, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Christchurch District, bounded on the south-west by the road forming the south-west boundary of 5194; on the south-east by the road passing through I.P.R.O. on run 37A; on the north-west by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the south-east boundary; and on the north-east by a line at right angles to the south-east boundary to include the required quantity: this reserve is within I.P.R.O. on run 37A.

No. 1452, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Christchurch District, bounded on the southward by the road forming the northern boundary of 14947; on the southeast by the continuation of the road forming the eastern boundary of 12893; on the northward by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the southern boundary and on the westward by a line at right angles to the southern boundary to include the required quantity; the above is partly within I.P.R.O. on run 37.

No. 1453, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Christchurch District, bounded on the north-west by the road forming the north-west boundary of 14513; on the southwest by 13598; on the south-east by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the north-west boundary; and on the north-east by a line at right angles to the north-west boundary, to include the required quantity.

No. 1454, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the northward by the Hawkins and Coal Tramway Road; on the south-westward by the road leading from reserve 309 (in red) towards the westernmost corner of 7578; and on the eastward by a line at right angles to first mentioned road, to include the required quantity.

No. 1455, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the north-west boundary of 9153 and extending back south-easterly ten chains in a rectangular block; the northernmost corner of this reserve is situate at the junction of the aforementioned road with Newton’s and Coal Tramway Road.

No. 1456, in red.—One acre (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the north-west by 10803; on the southward by 10745; and on the north-east by Weedon and Ross Road.

No. 1457, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the eastward by the Weedon and Ross Road; on the southward by the road forming the northern boundary of 10932; on the westward by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the eastern boundary; and on the northward by a line at right angles to said eastern boundary, to include the required quantity.

No. 1458, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the southward by the Coal Road; on the eastward by the road west of 14969; on the northward by a line parallel to and ten chains from the southern boundary; and on the westward by a line at right angles to said southern boundary, to include the required quantity; a portion of this reserve is situate within pre-emptive right No. 10.

No. 1459, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the northward by 9295; on the westward by the road west of the same; on the eastward by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the western boundary; and on the southward by a line at right angles to the western boundary, to include the required quantity.

No. 1460, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the southward by Bealey's Road; on the north-eastward by a road running in a north-westerly direction parallel to the Coal Tramway Reserve, south-west of and about one mile distant therefrom; and on the north-westward by a line at right angles to latter road, to include the required quantity.
