No. 1461, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the north-eastward by the continuation of the road forming the western boundary of 9774, the same leading south-easterly towards the Burnham station; on the south-westward by a road running in a parallel direction to the Coal Tramway Reserve, south-west of and about one mile distant therefrom; and on the north-westward by a line at right angles to first-mentioned road, to include the required quantity.
