No. 1429, in red.—Twelve acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, bounded on the eastward by the road forming the eastern boundary of 8402; on the southward by that section; and on the south-westward by 6812; on the north-westward by 6811; and on the northward by a line at right angles to the eastern boundary, drawn to meet the south-east corner of 684.
No. 1436, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the eastern boundary of reserve No. 737 (in red), and extending back westerly ten chains in a rectangular block; the north-east corner of this reserve is situate about forty-three chains south of the intersection of said road with the road forming the south-east boundary of reserve 981 (in red).
No. 1437, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the eastern boundary of reserve No. 737 (in red), and extending back easterly ten chains in a rectangular block; the south-west corner of this reserve is situate about sixty-seven chains north of the westernmost corner of 6772.
No. 1438, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, bounded on the north-west by sections 6777 to 6782, on the north-east by the proposed road passing through these sections, on the south-west by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the north-east boundary, and on the south-east by a line at right angles to latter boundary to include the required quantity.
No. 1439, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, bounded on the north-west by the road passing through sections 6791 and 8452, on the north-east by the road separating sections 6789 and 6770, on the south-west by a line ten chains distant from and parallel to the north-east boundary, and on the south-east by a line at right angles to the north-east boundary to include the required quantity.
No. 1440, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, bounded on the northward by the proposed road leading from the westernmost corner of section 12547 to meet the angle in the road east of 12545, on the north-west by the latter road, on the south-west by section 7202, and on the south-east by a line at right angles to the north-east boundary of the latter section to include the required quantity.
No. 1441, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the north-west boundary of 12550, and extending back south-easterly ten chains in a rectangular block; the westernmost corner of this reserve is situate about twenty-one chains north-east of the northernmost corner of section No. 12550.
No. 1442, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the south-east boundary of sections 7200 and 8397, and extending back south-easterly ten chains in a rectangular block; the north-east corner of this reserve is situate about twenty-eight chains south-west of the southernmost corner of said sections.
No. 1443, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, bounded on the north-west by the proposed road leading from the southernmost corner of sections 8397 and 7200 in a south-westerly direction, on the south-east by the road forming the south-east boundary of 14076, and on the north-east by a line at right angles to latter road, to include the required quantity.
No. 1444, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the north-west boundary of reserve 1442 (in red), and extending back north-westerly ten chains in a rectangular block; the south-east corner of this reserve is situate in the first bend of the road leading eastward from the road forming the north-eastern boundary of 14460.
No. 1445, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the road on the north-west side of the South Road and Railway Reserve, and extending back north-westerly ten chains in a rectangular block; the south-east corner of this reserve is situate opposite 61 mile peg.
No. 1446, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District, having five chains frontage to the South Road and Railway Reserve, and extending back south-easterly ten chains in a rectangular block; the north-east corner of this reserve is situate about thirty-seven chains fifty links south-west of 64 mile peg.
