MANDEVILLE PLAINS DISTRICT.

Commencing at the point where the Waimakariri No. 10 road crosses the River Eyre; thence westerly along that river to the road to the west of section 6657; thence north-easterly along this road, south-easterly along the Eyre road north, and north-easterly along the road to the west of section 10224 to the Oxford and Ohoko road; thence north-easterly along this latter road, and southerly along the Waimakariri No. 10 road to its junction with the Cust road ; thence south-easterly along this latter road to its junction with the road to the south-west of sections 3982 and 8104; thence south-easterly along this latter road, and north-easterly along the road to the west of section 4994, and south-easterly along the road to the north-east of section 7124, to the north-western corner of section 2685 ; thence southerly along the western boundaries of this section and of sections 6450, 6195, and 8591 ; and easterly along the southern boundary of the latter section to the road to the east of the said section ; thence south-westerly along this road to its junction with the Cust road; thence southerly along the latter road to the south-eastern corner of section 11500 ; thence in a straight line to the north-western corner of section 6159 ; and thence southerly by the Waimakariri No. 10 road to the starting point.

MILFORD DISTRICT.

Commencing at the point where the River Orari runs into the sea; thence southerly along the sea beach to the Umukaha, mouth of the River Opihi ; thence westerly up that river to a point due south of the easternmost corner of section 3285 ; thence in a straight line to such corner ; thence north-westerly along the eastern boundaries of sections 3285, 10170, 10874, to the north eastern corner of the latter section; thence in a straight line to the nearest corner of section 8810; thence north-easterly along its eastern boundary to the north-eastern corner thereof; thence in a straight line to the junction of the road running between sections 6025 and 6018, with the road running between sections 6025 and 6724; thence westerly along this latter road to its junction with the road running between sections 10666 and 9572; thence northerly along this latter road and a line in continuation thereof to the River Orari ; and thence easterly along the river bed to the starting point.

MOUNT GREY DOWNS DISTRICT.

Commencing at a point on the north-western side of the Upper Sefton road, where it is intersected by the Stony Creek; thence north-easterly following the said road to the reserve for road and railway purposes ; thence following the said reserve in a northerly direction to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of section 4599; thence westerly along that road, and northerly along the road on the eastern side of section 2500 to the River Kowai; thence westerly, following the southern bank of the said river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of section 10149; thence south-westerly, following a straight line to the northernmost corner of the latter section, and onwards in the same direction along its north-western boundary and a line in continuation thereof to the Stony Creek before mentioned, and from thence returning along the same to the commencing point.

NEW BRIGHTON DISTRICT.

Commencing at a point where the creek forming the western boundary of section 1844 runs into the River Avon; thence north-westerly up the said creek to the Canal reserve; thence northerly along the Canal reserve to the road to the north of section 1705 ; thence easterly along this latter road and along the roads to the south of sections 5674 and 5625 respectively to the Sandy beach ; thence southerly along the beach to a point due east of the easternmost corner of section 7989; thence in a straight line to such corner; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of this section, and north-westerly along its south-western boundary, and the south-western boundaries of sections 4634 and 9477 to the western corner of the latter section; thence in a straight line to the southernmost corner of section 2808 ; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of this section, and a line in continuation thereof to the north bank of the River Avon, and thence following up the River Avon to the starting point.
