No. 1223, in red.—Sixty-six acres, more or less, situate near Cape Three Points, in Akaroa Harbour, bounded on the north-westward by section 13,711; on the north-eastward by sections 10,041, 12,164, 11,439 and 13,711, and also by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the latter section; on the eastward by section 10,290; on the southward by section 11,443, and a line in continuation of the northern boundary thereof; and on the westward by a line at right angles to the southern boundary, so as to contain the above quantity: subject to roads.

No. 1224, in red.—One hundred acres, more or less, situate at Wainui, Banks Peninsula, bounded on the southward by the Wainui road; on the eastward by the Native Reserve No. 885, in red; on the north-eastward by the road forming the south-western boundary of section 11,286; on the westward by the road on the eastern side of section 11,200; and on the north-westward by a line at right angles to the last described boundary, so as to contain the above quantity.

No. 1225, in red.—One hundred and forty acres, more or less, situate in Okain’s Bay, bounded on the north-eastward by the Pigeon Bay and Okain’s Bay road; on the south-eastward by the Akaroa and Okain’s Bay road; on the north-westward by a line parallel to the general direction of the latter road, and forty chains distant on the average therefrom; and on the south-westward by a line at right angles to the last described boundary, so as to contain the above quantity: subject to roads.

No. 1226, in red.—One hundred acres, more or less, situate at LeBon’s Bay, bounded on the north-westward by the Main Ridge road leading by LeBon’s Peak; on the eastward by another road; and on the south-westward by a line at right angles to the general direction of the first mentioned road, so as to contain the above quantity.

No. 1227, in red.—One hundred and fifty acres, more or less, situate between Decanter Bay and McIntosh Bay, bounded on the northward by the road reserved along high water mark; on the westward by section 6109; on the southward by a line in continuation of the southern boundary of that section; and on the eastward by a line parallel to the western boundary, so as to contain the above quantity: subject to roads.

No. 1228, in red.—One hundred acres, more or less, situate in Okain’s Bay, bounded on the westward by sections 2122 and 5243; on the southward by section 11,292, and the road to LeBon’s Bay; on the north-eastward by sections 7915 and 12,218, and a line in continuation of the south-western boundary of those sections; and on the south-eastward by a line at right angles to the last described boundary, so as to contain the above quantity: subject to a road.

No. 1229, in red.—One hundred and eighty-four acres, more or less, situate at Little River, bounded on the north-eastward by Harman’s track; on the north-westward by Reserves Nos. 220 and 221, in red; on the south-westward by the Sledge track; and on the south-eastward by a line parallel to the north-western boundary, so as to contain the above quantity: subject to roads.

No. 1230, in red.—Two hundred and fifty-eight acres, more or less, situate at Little River, bounded on the southward by section 6571; on the westward by the Port Levy road; on the eastward by sections Nos. 6479, 6432, 6433, 6434, and 3969, and Reserves Nos. 220 and 221, in red; and on the northward by a line at right angles to the western boundary of the said reserve, so as to contain the above quantity: subject to roads.

No. 1231, in red.—One hundred and twenty-six acres, more or less, situate in Price’s Valley, Banks Peninsula, bounded on the south-eastward by the road passing through section 5009; on the south-westward by that section and a straight line drawn from the northern corner thereof parallel to the north-eastern boundary of section 2263; on the north-westward by a line at right angles to the last-described portion of the south-western boundary, and distant on the average from the south-eastern boundary forty chains; and on the north-eastward by a line at right angles to the north-western boundary, so as to contain the above quantity: subject to a road.

No. 1232, in red.—Two hundred and twenty-three acres, more or less, situate at Little River, bounded on the north-eastward and north-westward by the Bush road, forming the south-east boundary of section 4236; on the south-westward by section 5285, and a line in continuation of
