line at right angles to the first-mentioned road, so as to contain the

acres, more or less, situate in the
Waitangi District, bounded on the
northward by sections 9661, 10,405,
and 6308; on the eastward by the
Southern Railway Reserve, and by
section 13,568; on the southward by
sections 13,568, 13,567, 10,705, by
the road south of these sections, and
also by I.P.R.’s. F. and G., on run No.
204; and on the westward by a line
at right angles to the aforesaid road,
so as to contain the above quantity.

No. 1128, in red.—Six hundred and forty
acres, more or less, situate in the
Waitangi District, bounded on the
northward by section 9662; on the
westward by the Southern Railway
Reserve; on the eastward by the
road forming the eastern boundary
of section 10,258, and also by the
road forming the western boundary
of section 11,022; on the southward
by I.P.R. D, on run 204, and a line
drawn at right angles to the last-mentioned road, so as to contain the
above quantity. Subject to roads—

No. 1129, in red.—Twelve hundred and
eighty acres, more or less, situate in
the Waitangi District, bounded on the
northward by the proposed road running along the base of the Downs
south of Trig. station 84; on the eastward by the road leading to the
south-west corner of section No.
11519, and also by a straight line in
continuation of that part of the road
forming the other portion of the
eastern boundary of this reserve; on
the southward by a road; and on the
westward by a line at right angles to
the last-mentioned road so as to contain the above quantity, subject to
roads and exclusive of Pre-emptive
rights—As an endowment for a Hospital.

No. 1130, in red.—Twenty-four acres,
more or less, situate in the Oxford
District, bounded on the northward
by the road on the south side of section 5896; on the south-eastward by
the road forming the north-western
boundary of section 13612; and on
the south-westward by a line at right
angles to the latter road, so as to contain the above quantity—As an endowment for a Hospital.

No. 1131, in red.—Thirty-five acres, more
or less, situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the south-eastward by
the continuation of the road forming
the south-east boundary of section
7991; on the north-eastward by the
river Eyre; on the north-westward
by a line parallel to and forty chains
distant from the south-eastern boundary; and on the south-westward by
a straight line at right angles to the
aforesaid road, so as to contain the
above quantity—For Educational purposes.

No. 1132, in red.—Thirty-five acres, more
or less, situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the south-eastward by the
continuation of the road forming the
south-east boundary of section 7991;
on the north-eastward by Reserve No.
1131, in red; on the north-westward
by a line parallel to and forty chains
distant from the south-eastern boundary; and on the south-westward by
a line at right angles to the aforesaid
road, so as to contain the above quantity—As an endowment for an Orphan

No. 1133, in red.—Forty-one acres, more
or less, situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the north-eastward by
the river Eyre; on the south-eastward
by I.P.R.E., on run No. 108, class
2; on the north-westward by the
continuation of the road forming the
south-eastern boundary of section
7991; and on the south-westward by
the south Eyre road—As an endowment for the Relief of the Infirm and
Aged.

No. 1134, in red.—Two hundred and forty
acres, more or less, situate in the
Oxford District, commencing at a
point on the road leading to section
No. 11,309 the same being opposite to
the easternmost corner of that section;
thence south-easterly, following the
said road a distance of thirty chains,
and extending north-easterly eighty
chains in a rectangular block, subject
to roads—As an endowment for a
Hospital.

No. 1135, in red.—One hundred and
twenty acres, more or less, situate in
the Oxford District, bounded on the
southward by the south Eyre road;
on the westward by section 12,828,
and also by a line at right angles to
said road, so as to meet the south-eastern corner of that section; on the
north-eastward by the river Eyre;
and on the eastward by a line at right
angles to the road above-mentioned,
so as to contain the above quantity—
