IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WESTLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act 1862;" and

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865;" and

In the matter of the Petition of Robert Graham of Cobden in the Province of Nelson Shipwright late a prisoner for debt in Her Majesty’s gaol at Cobden now out of custody.

NOTICE is hereby given that by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson dated the Thirty-first day of July 1866 the estate and effects of the above named petitioner were sequestrated and protection from all legal process for debt granted to the said petitioner upon his petition previously filed in the Supreme Court at Hokitika and the hearing of such petition was appointed to take place on Friday the Eighth day of February 1867 at the Supreme Court House Hokitika in the Westland District aforesaid at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson dated the Twenty-eighth day of September 1866 the estate of the above named Joseph Nankervis was sequestrated and protection from all legal process for debts granted to the said Joseph Nankervis upon his petition filed in the Supreme Court at Hokitika and the hearing of the petition was appointed to take place on Friday the Eighth day of February 1867 at the Supreme Court House Hokitika in the Westland District aforesaid at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

Dated at Hokitika this 18th day of December 1866.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson dated the Thirteenth day of August 1866 the estate of the above named John Jackson was sequestrated and protection from all legal process for debt granted to the said John Jackson upon his petition filed in the Supreme Court at Hokitika and the hearing of the petition was appointed to take place on Friday the Eighth day of February 1867 at the Supreme Court House Hokitika in the Westland District aforesaid at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson on the Tenth of August 1866 the estate of the above named William Slater was sequestrated and protection from all legal process for debts granted to the said William Slater upon his petition filed in the Supreme Court at Hokitika and the hearing of the petition was appointed to take place on Friday the Eighth day of February 1867 at the Supreme Court House Hokitika in the Westland District aforesaid at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

Dated at Hokitika this 18th day of December 1866.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, carrying on business in Hereford Street, Christchurch, New Zealand, as Hotel and Livery Stable Keepers, under the style or firm of "Collins and Dale," has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will in future be carried on by Mr. James Collins, who will pay and receive all debts due by and to the said co-partnership business.
