IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WESTLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Acts 1862 and 1865;” and
In the matter of the Estate of William Jacob Watts, of Greymouth in the Westland District, Province of Canterbury, Draper; and
In the matter of the Petition of Leander Cox Stevenson and George Stevenson trading as “Stevenson and Sons” creditors of the said William Jacob Watts.
TAKE notice that His Honor the Judge at Hokitika has ordered the estate of the above named William Jacob Watts to be sequestrated and placed in the hands of Edward Hardcastle Gentleman and that the said William Jacob Watts appear in his own person before the Court at Hokitika on Friday the Eighth day of February next at ten o’clock in the forenoon to be examined.
Dated this 11th day of January 1867.

In the matter of the Petition of Samuel M’Crea Wilson of Saltwater Creek Butcher a debtor not in custody.
NOTICE is hereby given that by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson dated the Eighteenth day of December 1866 the estate and effects of the above named petitioner were sequestrated and protection granted to the said petitioner upon his petition previously filed in the Supreme Court at Hokitika and the hearing of such petition was appointed to take place on Friday the Eighth day of February 1867 at the Supreme Court House Hokitika at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
Dated at Hokitika this Second day of January 1867.
